1:1 Sessions are thoughtfully tailored to your unique circumstances, intentions, and needs. Together, we explore the underlying energetic, emotional, spiritual, and ancestral patterns that may be creating imbalance or preventing you from moving forward with clarity and coherence.
The nature of this work supports reconnection with your inner compass, helping you cultivate calibration, empowerment, and wholeness.
What to expect: We start with ‘tuning-in’ in conversation. I tune in with the energetics of the situation and based on that apply a different techniques. Some may need the help of gentle touch and some will be happening on subtler levels. There are cases that it is advised to share plant medicine with the client. These plants vary from tender (like a tea blend) to more powerful ones. All these are suggested prescriptions and will always be shared in mutual agreement.

Rites of Passage are ceremonies that honour life's significant transitions and thresholds. They create intentional space to acknowledge endings, welcome new beginnings, and mark moments of profound transformation.
In ancestral traditions -like in the Andes- these ceremonies serve as a bridge between who we have been and who we are becoming. They help us move consciously through change, allowing us to release what no longer serves. Integrating life's lessons, and stepping into a new chapter with clarity and purpose.
At Phaxsi Uma, rites of passage are created in collaboration with each individual, family, or community. Rooted in Andean wisdom and shamanic practices, each ceremony is uniquely designed to the support those specific journeys.
Rites of passage may support transitions such as:
Birth and welcoming ceremonies
Menarche and womanhood initiations
Marriage and partnership blessings
Pregnancy and motherhood transitions
Life crossroads and personal transformations
Eldership and wisdom celebrations
Grief, loss, and death rites
House blessings and land acknowledgements
These ceremonies invite us to slow down, listen deeply, and remember that transformation is not something to rush through. With the support of ritual, offerings and collective witnessing, we create a container where change can be held in reverence and care.
Each rite is uniquely tailored and may include ancestral practices, divination, blessings, offerings, energetic cleansing, music, storytelling, and community participation.
